Lev Janashvili

Building on his 15 years of experience in public relations and capital markets, Lev Janashvili offers specialized research services to help public companies understand and influence the opinions of institutional investors

Having led financial-communications and research-based consulting practices at several large public relations firms, Lev brings to his independent practice broad experience in a variety of research programs, including annual and semiannual audits, single-audience and multi-audience reports, perception surveys and analytical data-driven reports. Aside from ordinary-course-of-business perception surveys, Lev has completed numerous research assignments to help clients address complex challenges and opportunities in the context of turnarounds, repositioning strategies and various M&A scenarios.

In the course of this experience, Lev has advanced a variety of methodological innovations that resulted in more representative, consistent and actionable findings. The innovations have included integrated multi-audience surveys, the fusion of quantitative and qualitative methods and the application of basic principles of behavioral finance. In 2009, Lev spearheaded the "Investors in Innovation" survey series, which produced some of the most robust research findings on investor perceptions of various innovation-driven industries, such as alternative energy and technology.

Lev's clients have included corporate giants and small-cap companies, industry leaders, laggards and insurgents as well as participants in "flat pyramid" competitive markets. He has also advised industry associations and foreign governments.
